Mindfulness for Stress Reduction and Well-Being
Brilliant Mindfulness provides on-site mindfulness training through our Mindfulness for Stress-Reduction and Well-Being course. In this 6-week course, participants learn basic mindfulness practices, such as mindful breathing, mindful movement, and mindful eating. Each one-hour session includes time for quiet practice, discussion, and reflection.
