In this in-person class, you'll learn how to practice mindfulness (even during your busy-mama days!), and how to take care of yourself in ways that are truly nurturing. We'll explore how cultivating mindfulness can help us reduce the drama and yelling, and have more peaceful interactions with our kids. You'll discover skills for calmly responding to the stressful moments of parenting, instead of flipping out and over-reacting. And you'll have the chance to connect with a supportive group of mamas!
